Hip hip hooray!

A year ago my sister had a hip replacement so I wanted to make her a happy 1st birthday 'hip' card :)
Inspired by a couple of blog challenges, this is what I came up with ...

CASology: the cue card this week is 'SPIN' ... the wire on my card is 'spinning'??!! ... yes ok, I may be stretching this one a bit! :)
